As a bonus, I will also teach two simple imagery tools you can use right away in your work to help clients get to sleep at night and getting “unstuck in their lives.”

The upcoming trainings will focus on the following areas:

  • Professional development groups (2) for experienced therapists looking for a growth opportunity and younger therapists (15 years or less in the field) who may have also experienced complex childhood trauma
  • Mindfulness training for couples
  • Experiential therapy (guided imagery, psychodrama, stress reduction tools, simple yoga)
  • Website Blog Development and Writing for creative outlets and marketing
