I have been using an energetic based technique on clients that I have developed for helping to calm the amygdala and repattern the triggers that often occur due to trauma, abuse, accidents, PTSD or chronic stress.

thanks for relating how someone that has grown up in an abusive situation will have episodes of anger and rage in another situation..these memories and our reactions to them are stored in the amygdala..these responses are automatic...energetic trauma release helps take the charge out of these memories.</description>
