Back to water torture or waterboarding of infants at YFZ ranch: What is the impact?
No surprise, water torture/waterboarding of infants has the potential to create profound damage to the development of the fragile infant’s brain, their ability to establish healthy adult relationships, manage their emotions effectively and may make the infants more susceptible to post traumatic stress disorder later in life.
Neuroscientists and researchers, such as Daniel Seigel, MD and Allan A.Schore, PhD studing the link between trauma and infant mental health understand that the first 2-3 years of neural development are absolutely critical to the social, psychological, relational, intellectual, and emotional health of any human being.
